HDP BBP Digital Book Block Preparation Line can be used as a stand-alone machine, or connected to industrial book sewing machine, or the digital book sewing machine. It is used for sewn book block end sheet lining, back gluing, and spine paper pasting, widely used in hardcover book/notebook block making and digital finishing, including book block infeed belt - pre-pressing - dual end sheet lining - end sheet gluing - 1st back gluing with cold glue - IR drying - 2nd back gluing (cold gluing or hot-melt gluing) - spine paper side gluing - IR drying - end pressing, due to the book block thickness detection, can achieve the automatic changeover.
